Chocolate Covered Bacon

1 pk-Realtree  1/2 lb. Stack Pack Bacon
8 oz-Semi Sweet Chocolate
1 pack-Hot-n-Spicy Peanuts

-place Realtree Bacon on baking sheet and cook in oven at 325° until crisp

-in double boiler, melt chocolate at low heat
-use a spice grinder (coffee grinder) to grind peanuts
-once bacon has cooked and cooled dip it into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with peanut dust
-place on cookie sheet and put  in refrigerator till cool ( 30 min)
