3 lg eggs
½ cup shredded cheese
2 strips Realtree Bacon ( cooked and crushed)
2 oz Realtree Smk sausage ( diced)
¼ yellow onion (diced)
¼ Bell Pepper ( diced)
Gal size Ziplock Bag
Scramble egg and mix with all other ingredients in zip bag.
Place in large pot of boiling water. Be sure the entire bag is in the pot so you will not melt the bag on the side of the pot.
Approximate Cooking time 9-11 minutes.
