Ingredients:
Venison Tenderloin
Stone ground mustard
Thin sliced bacon
Instructions:
Warm grill to 375-400 degrees
Take venison tenderloin and tenderize. Then rub ground mustard all over both sides of tenderloin like a rub. Place bacon strips down and wrapped tenderloin. Put on grill until bacon done. Cut and serve. Good with béarnaise sauce too.
