Ingredients:
1 lb. goose sausage
1 can of biscuits
4 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 small can of diced green chillies
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
6 slices of cooked bacon crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Optional: cut peppers and onions
Instructions:
1. Brown sausage and drain if necessary
2. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
3. Place and flatten can biscuits in bottom of greased cast iron pan
4. Add any vegetable to egg mixture, then add sausage and bacon, and stir to mix well
5. Pour mixture over biscuits in cast iron
6. Place cast iron skillet on Grill that is heated to 400 degrees and grill for 20-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown
