Ingredients:

3 Venison STEAKS, 1 1/2-2″ THICKNESS

1/4 CUP KOSHER SALT

1/4 CUP COARSE GROUND BLACK PEPPER

3 TBSP ONION POWDER

2-3 Tbsp of Pit Boss Steak and CHop Seasoning

GREEN BUTTER

1 STICK BUTTER, ROOM TEMPERATURE

1 1/2 TBSP FLAT LEAF PARSLEY, CHOPPED

1/2 TSP GARLIC, MINCED

PINCH WHITE PEPPER

JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON

Instructions:

When ready to cook, set the Pit Boss Grill to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

For the Green Butter: Combine all ingredients for the green butter and place in the fridge until ready to use.

Combine the salt, pepper, onion powder, and Pit Boss seasoning. Rub the mixture on the steaks and place them on the grill.

Cook until steaks reach an internal temperature of your likeness. This should take approximately 9-12 minutes until you have reached your preference of doneness.

Add a tablespoon of the green butter just prior to your doneness of liking.
