1 pound venison

Pit Boss Chop House Steak Rub

1 cup teriyaki sauce

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 large white onion, sliced

1 Green pepper, sliced

1 Mushrooms, sliced

Hoagie rolls

Preferred cheese

 

Preheat Pit Boss grill at 350 degrees.

Season venison steaks with Pit Boss Chop House Steak Rub and cook on grill.

While the venison is cooking, add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and then sauté onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and teriyaki sauce.

Slice the venison into thin slices and add into teriyaki mixture

Layer everything onto a hoagie roll and top with favorite cheese!
