4 (5 ounce) venison steaks

Pit Boss Chop House Steak Rub seasoning

2 Tbsp. olive oil

¼ cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp. white vinegar

1 Tbsp. granulated sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tsp. ginger

½ tsp. Alpine Touch seasoning

8 large mushrooms, sliced

 

Preheat Pit Boss grill to 350 degrees.

 

Season venison steaks with Pit Boss Chop House Steak Rub seasoning. Then, grill venison steaks to desired temperature. Remove the steaks from grill and cut into bite-sized cubes.

In a cast iron skillet add olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Stir in soy sauce, white vinegar, granulated sugar, garlic, ginger and Alpine Touch seasoning and allow sugar to dissolve. Add mushrooms to the cast iron skillet and sauce.

Place steak cubes in cast iron skillet and cook until mushrooms are cooked through and the steak has reached the desired doneness.
