1- 8 oz. crushed corn bread stuffing

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

¼  cup minced fresh parsley

1 egg

1 ¼  cups beef broth

1/3 cup butter, melted

 

*1/2 tsp. seasoned salt   *Substitute with 1 tsp Pit Boss Smoke Salt & Peppering

*1/2 tsp. pepper

1 pound Elk steak     USE PIT BOSS RUB SEASONING

 

Pre-heat grill to 400°

  1. Rub meat on both side with Pit Boss Rub Seasoning
  2. In cast iron skillet, melt butter and add onion and celery. Cook on low to medium heat until onions are transparent. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add bread stuffing, egg, parsley, and broth.
  3. Lay stuffing mixture down center of the steak. Roll steak starting with the long side enclosing the steak. Tie with string.
  4. Remaining stuffing can be wrapped tightly in foil and placed over the rolled steak.
  5. Grill to desired doneness.
