2 lb of ground venison
*1/2 tsp. salt. *Substitute with 2 tsp Pit Boss GSP
*1/4 tsp. pepper. *Substitute with 2 tsp Pit Boss Burger Rub
8 Bibb lettuce leaves
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 TBSP Mayo
Top with:
½ medium ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 8 slices
¼ cup chopped red onion
chopped cherry tomatoes
- Pre-heat grill to 400°
- In a large bowl, combine meat and seasonings mixing lightly.
- Shape into ½ inch burgers.
- Grill burgers on 400° pre-heated grill until desired doneness.
- Combine feta and Mayo. Spread over burgers and place on lettuce
- If desired, top with avocado, onion, and tomato.
