INGREDIENTS

2 lbs. elk burger

1 medium yellow onion diced

1 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tbsp. Pit Boss GSP (garlic, salt, pepper) seasoning

2 tsp. beef bouillon powder

2 cups cooked pasta

1 jar chili sauce

15 oz. tomato sauce

1 c. ketchup

1 tbsp. mustard

3 tbsp. brown sugar

1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 350º F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and elk burger to skillet. Season meat with Pit Boss GSP, beef bouillon, and minced garlic. Cook until burger is browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and chili sauce to browned elk burger and mix thoroughly over low heat.
  4. Combine elk burger mixture with cooked pasta in an aluminum pan or baking dish and mix all together. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Cook on grill or in oven until cheese is melted and dish is heated throughout. Serve and enjoy!
