INGREDIENTS
12 oz. tortellini pasta
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. burger
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 medium yellow onion diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. Pit Boss GSP (garlic, salt, pepper) seasoning
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. cooked chopped bacon
24 oz. pizza sauce
sliced pepperoni
2 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat grill or oven to 350º F.
- Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions, minced garlic, burger, and sausage to skillet. Season with Pit Boss GSP and cook until meat is browned.
- Once meat is cooked, add Italian seasoning, bacon, and pizza sauce to the skillet. Mix over low heat until fully combined.
- In an aluminium pan or baking dish, combine tortellini and meat sauce and fold pasta into sauce.
- Top mixture with a layer of pepperoni, then spread mozzarella cheese over pepperoni layer.
- Cook on grill or in oven until cheese is melted and dish is heated throughout. Serve and enjoy!
