1/2 cup-Pistachios

4-garlic cloves

1- T Man Cook 5 Pepper Blend

2 T white wine vinegar

1-T salt

1- Cup fresh oregano leaves

¼ cup olive oil

Press your garlic gloves.  Put the peppercorns in a food processor and pulse a time or two to get them cracked then add the pistachios and hit a time or two to get them busted.  Add the oregano leaves, garlic, vinegar and salt.  Work them together in the processor and add the Olive oil to bind them together.

Rub the entire pork roast with the mixture and bake in the oven (or grill on Egg) at 325 for 2-3 hours.  Internal temp needs to be 160°
