1 ½  tsp. olive oil

1 ½  cup onion- diced or substitute with onion flakes

½  tsp dried oregano

3 cloves garlic – minced

1 ½  cup bread crumbs

1 ½  tsp. Worcestershire sauce

*1 ½  tsp. salt                         *Substitute with 2 tsp. Pit Boss GSP seasoning.

* 3/8 tsp. black pepper

3 large eggs

2 ½ pound ground venison

4 ½  TBP chives, chopped

 

1 ½  cup Pit Boss BBQ sauce – use for topping prior to baking

6 cups mashed potatoes

Optional :18 slices cooked bacon, crumbled for topping

 

In a large bowl, combine first 10 ingredients. Fold together with your hands. Shape meat mixture in balls and place meat balls in a 12 cup greased muffin pan. Top each with 2 tsp. of Pit Boss BBQ Sauce.

Cook on Pit Boss Pellet Grill at 375 for 20 – 25 minutes.

Prepare your favorite mashed potatoes. Top each meat ball with mashed potatoes. Optional to garnish with cheese or chives.
