INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. elk burger
1 medium yellow onion diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. Pit Boss GSP (garlic, salt, pepper) seasoning
2 tsp. beef bouillon powder
2 cups cooked pasta
1 jar chili sauce
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the grill or oven to 350º F.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and elk burger to skillet. Season meat with Pit Boss GSP, beef bouillon, and minced garlic. Cook until burger is browned.
- Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and chili sauce to browned elk burger and mix thoroughly over low heat.
- Combine elk burger mixture with cooked pasta in an aluminum pan or baking dish and mix all together. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cook on grill or in oven until cheese is melted and dish is heated throughout. Serve and enjoy!
