Ingredients:
1 lb. ground venison
1 salt and pepper (to taste)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup butter
½ cup sour cream
3 cups beef broth
½ cup barley
frozen veggies
1-2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Combine butter, crackers, and cheese and set aside.
Brown burger and add broth, bring to boil and add barley.
Stir in veggies and thicken with cornstarch.
Sprinkle crackers mixture on top and bake for 15 min.
Can use stovetop or grill…your preference.
