6 Slices Bacon

2 – 3/4 lb. Venison tenderloins

2 tsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. onion powder

salt/pepper

2 T butter

1 – 8 oz. mushrooms

2 cloves of garlic chopped

1 T green onion

1/2 cup heavy cream

Pre-heat oven to 375°

Bake Bacon 6-8 minutes – partially cooked

Brush tenderloins with olive oil and season with onion powder, salt and pepper

Place tenderloins and wrap partially cooked bacon.

Place in roasting pan

Roast tenderloin until thickest part is 145° (this takes about 1 hr.)

Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir in mushrooms, garlic, until soft (8-10 minutes).  Stir green onion into mix and add cream… stir often. Pour over tenderloins.
