3-4 Venison steaks (cut into bite size cubes)

Onions, sliced

Mushrooms, sliced

Red pepper, sliced

Bacon

Barbeque sauce or ranch if desired

 

Preheat Pit Boss grill at 350 degrees.

Season venison steaks with Pit Boss Bourbon Molasses seasoning and Alpine Touch salt and pepper blend. Cut steaks into bite size cubes.  Add a slice of either onion, mushroom or red pepper, wrap in a slice of bacon and hold together with a toothpick.

Grill on low on all sides, making sure meat is fully cooked.

Serve with barbeque sauce or ranch on the side!
