Elk burger (lbs. depending on how many burgers making)

Alpine Touch seasoning

Pit Boss Burger Bacon Cheddar

Hashbrowns

Cheese

Salsa

Lettuce

 

Preheat Pit Boss grill to 350 degrees.

Press burger into patties with a burger press. Season with Pit Boss Burger Bacon Cheddar seasoning and Alpine Touch seasoning.

Stuff with salsa and hashbrowns. Put on grill and cook.

Melt cheese on burger before removing from grill and wrap with lettuce.
