2 lb of ground venison

*1/2  tsp. salt.       *Substitute with 2 tsp Pit Boss GSP

*1/4 tsp. pepper.  *Substitute with 2 tsp Pit Boss Burger Rub

8 Bibb lettuce leaves

2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

4 TBSP Mayo

Top with:

½ medium ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 8 slices

¼  cup chopped red onion

chopped cherry tomatoes

 

  1. Pre-heat grill to 400°
  2. In a large bowl, combine meat and seasonings mixing lightly.
  3. Shape into ½ inch burgers.
  4. Grill burgers on 400° pre-heated grill until desired doneness.
  5. Combine feta and Mayo. Spread over burgers and place on lettuce
  6. If desired, top with avocado, onion, and tomato.
